El actor mexicano Tenoch Huerta, reconocido por su papel en “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”, ha revelado en una entrevista con “Venga la alegría” que está luchando contra la depresión y la falta de empleo a raíz de las acusaciones de abuso sexual formuladas por la saxofonista María Elena Ríos hace un año.
Huerta, quien se había mantenido alejado del ojo público desde que Ríos lo acusó de quitarse el condón sin su consentimiento durante una relación sexual en 2022, confesó que las acusaciones han tenido un impacto devastador en su vida personal y profesional.
“El poder de una mentira puede destruir, te puede terminar”, expresó Huerta con la voz entrecortada. “He perdido trabajos, he perdido amigos, mi familia se ha visto muy lastimada”.
A pesar de las dificultades, el actor agradece el apoyo de su familia y amigos cercanos, y ha buscado ayuda profesional para lidiar con la depresión. “Estoy en terapia psicológica, en terapia psiquiátrica, he hecho trabajo de grupo”, compartió.
Huerta también explicó que su distanciamiento de la vida pública se debió a consejos legales. Aunque las acusaciones de Ríos no han sido llevadas a instancias legales, han tenido un impacto significativo en la carrera del actor, quien estaba comenzando a abrirse camino en Hollywood.
